Children’s Rights Book Club Members Participate in Human Rights Day “Triwizard Tournament: Goblet of Fire”

On 7 December, members of the Children’s Rights Book Club took part in the annual Triwizard Tournament: Goblet of Fire, an event organized in celebration of Human Rights Day. The initiative aimed to promote human rights values among young people in Kyrgyzstan and brought together motivated students from various schools.

The Tournament consisted of three interactive and educational rounds:

  1. A human rights knowledge quiz
  2. A film-based challenge, “Harry Potter and Human Rights”
  3. A case-solving exercise focused on teamwork and critical thinking

Timur Rasulov (School “Evrika”), Eldar Asanbekov (Secondary School No. 24), Emir Imashev (Kyrgyz-Swedish Physics and Mathematics School), and Bayastan Uriyatov (Secondary School No. 24) demonstrated strong enthusiasm, creativity, and teamwork throughout all stages of the competition. The event fostered a dynamic and inspiring atmosphere, encouraging learning through participation, dialogue, and friendly competition.

The active involvement of the Children’s Rights Book Club members reflects their growing commitment to human rights and demonstrates how their engagement increasingly translates into broader, action-oriented human rights initiatives.
