🚀 Empowering the next generation of human rights advocates!
On July 10, Global Campus Central Asia hosted an impactful team-building retreat for our Child Leadership Team (CLT) at the beautiful Kara-Bulak resort in Bishkek.
This full-day event brought together current and newly selected youth members to connect, collaborate, and co-create the future of our initiative.
Â
Here is how our young leaders spent the day:
- Â Icebreakers: Building trust, sharing interests, and setting a collaborative tone.
- Â Outdoor Challenges: Practicing communication, delegation, and problem-solving.
- Â Project Brainstorming: Designing action plans, timelines, and resource maps for upcoming projects.
- Â Governance Modeling: Defining roles, term limits, and democratic processes to ensure fair representation.
Â
The day wrapped up with a reflection circle, leaving our team with strengthened bonds and a clear roadmap for our upcoming children’s rights projects.
A huge thanks to our dedicated staff, interns, and inspiring CLT members for your brilliant energy and creativity!Â
The CLT empowers motivated children (ages 14–17) to become active champions for human rights. Supported by the Right Livelihood Foundation and hosted under the Global Campus Central Asia Initiative at the OSCE Academy.
