The OSCE Academy in Bishkek hosted Mr. Constantin Zelenty, Deputy Head of Mission at the German Embassy to Kyrgyzstan, for an interactive session with students of the Master’s Programme in Human Rights and Sustainability (MAHRS).
During the session, Mr. Zelenty and the students discussed key regional human rights challenges and examined how Germany contributes to promoting and protecting human rights in Central Asia and beyond. The exchange provided students with valuable insights into Germany’s diplomatic engagement, human rights policies, and international cooperation efforts.
