To support and strengthen the work of human rights defenders, the OSCE Office for Democratic Institutions and Human Rights (ODIHR) developed FreedomLab – a secure online platform designed to help defenders expand their knowledge and skill sets.

FreedomLab consists of three main sections: a Training Center with self-paced e-learning courses covering key areas of human rights work; a curated Tool Library where users can explore and access several tools and resources to support their activities; and Starlight Stadium, an innovative educational game that brings the human rights monitoring methodology to life through interactive learning.

By offering practical resources and training in a secure digital space, FreedomLab.io contributes to the ongoing efforts of human rights defenders to build their skills, access useful tools, and strengthen their work in challenging environments.
