The Master in Human Rights and Sustainability (MAHRS) Programme at the OSCE Academy in Bishkek officially commenced the 2026–2027 academic year on 1 September 2026.
The beginning of the new academic year marks another important chapter for the MAHRS Programme and its growing community of students, faculty members, alumni, and partners. Throughout the academic year, students will engage in an interdisciplinary curriculum exploring key issues at the intersection of human rights, sustainability, good governance, and global development.
The MAHRS Programme provides students with opportunities to deepen their academic knowledge, develop practical skills, and engage in critical discussions on contemporary human rights and sustainability challenges.
As the new academic year begins, the MAHRS Programme warmly welcomes its new 2026-2028 cohort and looks forward to a year filled with learning, collaboration, academic exchange, and new achievements.
